About Vistaprint
We are Vistaprint, a member of the Cimpress family (NASDAQ: CMPR), the world leader for mass-customized marketing products, serving almost 20 million small and medium sized businesses locally in 20+ countries. Working across the globe in a truly international team, we are shaping the digital revolution in printing and mass customization. Over the past 25 years, we grew from startup to $2.75 billion in annual revenue and are confident that we still have a huge, multi-year growth opportunity ahead of us. Our confidence is driven by two primary factors: firstly, ~80% of the market segment for small businesses’ marketing materials is still served through traditional offline channels, often lacking the convenience and cost advantages from greater scale that we can offer our customers. Secondly, there is a significant opportunity to accelerate our activity in adjacent product segments such as packaging, apparel, signage, or corporate line of business accounts. We are a profitable business with an entrepreneurial mindset, and throughout our history we have proven our commitment to investing for long-term horizons.

Since our inception, Vistaprint has sought to disrupt our market and to build a transformational and enduring business. Over the past 20 years, we have reinvented ourselves frequently in service of this mission. Change is in our DNA.

The Opportunity
It is an exciting time to join Vistaprint as our founder and CEO, Robert Keane, recently returned to lead Vistaprint as CEO and is building out a new executive team. Together with all employees, we are renewing the company’s focus on delighting customers, fostering an entrepreneurial culture, and accelerating our world-class capabilities.

We have a tremendous opportunity in front of us. Vistaprint’s vision of helping small business owners live their dreams is exciting and inspirational. In order to capitalize on our opportunity, we have embarked on a transformational journey to deliver “jaw-dropping customer value”. This will lead us to achieve world-class technology, services, and innovation, while creating an environment where our team members are inspired and enabled to do their best work.

As a Principal Engineer in the Merchandising Technology team, you will responsible for technology strategy, hands-on solution architecture, team management, and being able to bridge the gap to other technology teams in the Vistaprint Technology organization.  You will be building the user-centric storefront pages that the myriads of Vistaprint customers use every day. Through an agile, customer-focused, experiment-and-learn methodology, the team will target new opportunities to serve small businesses.

Vista is a Remote-First organization with ability to hire in over 17 countries globally!

An Insider's view of Vista

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Moving to a remote-first environment has really helped my work-life harmony, (having three children under the age of 8 can be a challenge in itself!) and as an award-winning company for flexible, remote work I was drawn to want to be a part of this.

Craig Fish

Channel Marketing Manager

What projects are you most excited about?

Vista is building an awesome new website using world class microservices architecture, working on many innovative and challenging projects and building a variety of data products. We are a very agile company and work in teams of data product owners, data scientists and data engineers. We are consistently improving ourselves and data products.

Dorina Alimadhi

Lead Data Engineer

How does the company support your career growth?

I have recently taken up a new role in Brand Activations, having worked in Marketing for two years at Vista. Remote-first removed so much pressure from the process. Asynchronous and remote work has also helped me remain in work while having a baby. Without remote-first, I would have felt more pressure to leave work to be the primary caregiver.

Stephanie Tzortzis

Program Manager, Brand Activations

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

My favorite session of the week is the open office hours. On Thursdays, I set up a two hour meeting where I sit on our video call platform so my team can drop in and out whenever they want to is they need to have a chat with me.

Chris Goldson

Channel Marketing Manager

What is your vision for the company?

My vision as CDO is to transform Vista into one the world’s most iconic DnA-driven companies. We want all of Vistaprint to think of data like water: easily accessible, inexpensive and vital to our wellbeing. To turn this into a reality, we need to significantly grow our team massively over the next year.

Sebastian Klapdor

Chief Data Officer
