Assist in the scoping, selling, and design of Mendix Solutions for our broad customer base.

You will help our customers by:

Turning our customer’s biggest business problems into the technical plan of action

Interfacing directly with customer stakeholders and users to understand app requirements

Taking app requirements and creating architecture diagrams and level-of-effort estimates

Uncovering and mitigating application development risks and pitfalls before they arise

Becoming part of a high-performing team of advanced Mendix Platform users

Continuously learning all you can about how Mendix works through internal training, workshops, and app builds

Earning customer trust through the knowledgeable, patient discovery of key customer needs

Continuously improve the application scoping process by building tools, creating reusable components, and interviewing the team

You’re the technical guru we need if you:

Genuinely care about solving the problems of others using innovative technology

Excel at getting to the heart of customer business problems and uncovering what is truly important

Have outstanding communication and presentation skills

Can confidently present technical concepts to senior stakeholders

Can rapidly learn a low-code application development platform

Have experience designing and building complex, interconnected software applications

Know the modern landscape of API technologies such as REST, JSON, OData, and OIDC

Have skills with architecture diagramming software like Terrastruct, Draw.io, Visio, or related

Have experience with cloud-first SaaS and/or PaaS products

Have at least 5 years of experience in solution architecture

Have at least 5 years in a customer-facing role. Sales or delivery services role preferred
