We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer of the Future to join our growing Customer Team. Manufacturing is changing. Join us if you want to help create the next industrial revolution.

  • You are process oriented and know how to take on and lead a large project
  • You are comfortable handling customer stakeholders from the shop floor to the C-suite
  • You know the challenges of day to day manufacturing operations, and you believe there is a better way
  • You are comfortable managing high visibility projects and interacting C-suite executives from F500 companies
  • You want to contribute to the revolution and build something big.
  • You’re an entrepreneur at heart. You’re flexible and can thrive in environments that don’t have defined processes, and you’re excited to help build.
  • You have a heart for customers and partners, and you love to listen and learn from them.
  • You understand the value and the ups-and-downs of building something.
  • You have experience working in a startup environment or at a minimum are ready to take the plunge.

Requirements

  • BS Degree: CS, ME, IE, or similar
  • Prior experience as an MFG process engineer is a plus

Grant

Costumer Solution Engineer

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

Opening up the creativity box looking for different alternatives encourages my team to approach a problem from different angles to come up with different solutions. If you make a mistake, you learn and improve. Most likely, you’ll get it right next time. This encourages continuous improvement every day

Pablo

Digital Manufacturing Solutions Team Lead

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

As a product manager, I involve engineers and designers in the planning of every new feature. I record customer interviews so that other team members can get access to their valuable feedback. We are more likely to make the right decision when everyone is able to respond to the customer’s problems, not just take the word of a PM.”
