Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a strong and experienced Software Manager to lead Software Development and Quality Engineering teams in an innovative, productive, and collaborative Agile environment. You will work with Product Owners and together be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects. In this role you will lead your team as they design and implement both back-end and front-end architectures for our email marketing platform. You will be focused on enabling the team to deliver, you will not be writing code yourself.

Skills and Experience

• S. / M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proven track record leading successful software teams
• 8+ years of industry experience with 4+ years in a managerial role
• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban
• Familiarity with a broad mix of technologies including a strong subset of: JavaScript, Java, AWS, NoSQL, relational database systems.
• Desirable: SaaS experience and a track record of design and implementation for scaling large systems
