Job Summary:
The Clinical Applications Trainer delivers training related to the use of our TrakCare product to our internal staff and clients. They are responsible for ensuring that curriculums and training material are created, updated and maintained in order to deliver relevant information.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver training to internal staff and clients related to the use of our TrakCare product.
- Plan, prepare and research training requirements.
- Design, develop and maintain training materials using standardized templates and style guides. Materials include slides, handout guides, , lesson plans, exercises and assessments) for in-person and virtual classroom delivery, eLearning modules and assessments.
- Deliver classroom training to a high standard.
- Perform training course evaluations and participant assessments.
- Continually evaluate and update training courses to help improve delivery and content.
- Work effectively with Product Specialist, Clinical Safety, Engineering, Customer Support, Account Management and Marketing to provide innovative and sound instructional solutions to ensure effective use of InterSystems products
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally from time to time as required.
Job Qualifications:
- 2- 5+ years of product experience.
- Instructional aptitude and mixture of strong technical and interpersonal client facing skills
- Exceptional presentation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of product training tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in delivering training programs in a classroom environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-organizationally
- Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of training courses
- Demonstrated ability in keeping up to date with relevant systems, software, and training technology
- Recent experience in healthcare, formal training qualifications, and fluency in a foreign language are all highly desirable
- Passion and Determination: Is goal-oriented and enthusiastic; is energized by challenges; has a strong work ethic and a positive, “can-do” attitude when faced with obstacles
