Our business systems team is looking for a driven junior developer and/or administrator looking to grow their career with Salesforce and other business applications. We are looking for someone eager to learn and expand their experience beyond the Salesforce platform. Our development and administration processes are evolving rapidly as we grow as a company, as such the ideal candidate would be flexible with an eye towards streamlining and improving those operations. What you'll be doing here:

• Use tools to perform ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) to import, export, and improve data quality
• Document functional and technical requirements for new projects and enhancements to existing solutions
• Create and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data
• Research production system issues, resolving user problems and escalating when necessary
• Write Salesforce Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning, Web Components, Unit Tests and other code to support the Salesforce ecosystem
• Independently find improvements to processes and data quality/management
• Act as a business analyst to shape a best approach for solving problems
• Additional business system support including our marketing implementation of Marketo

About you and your skills:

• 3+ years of experience administering with a desire to learn development or 1+ years of application development within Salesforce platform and a desire to learn administration.
• Experience working in a small SFDC organization in both an admin and developer capacity
• Must be comfortable working in an evolving organization and have a desire to learn and grow as business needs change
• Effective communication skills required
• Be comfortable explaining complex processes and technologies to stakeholders and leadership
• Experience with data management and integrity across multiple tools (website, database, ETL, SFDC)
• Experience instituting proper development operations a plus
