At Constant Contact, we’re working to transform marketing for small businesses. As a Full-Stack Engineer and Technical Lead for the Innovation team, you’ll work with a highly capable, fast-moving team of designers, researchers and product managers to build first iterations of Constant Contact’s next-generation products.

About You:

A successful candidate will have a growth-mindset and thrive in the ambiguity of new concept exploration. You likely have a side-hustle, and a relentless craving to try new things. You enjoy working in an open and collaborative environment and embrace Agile and Lean startup methodologies.

Our core tech stack is Java/JavaScript, but we believe strongly in moving fast and choosing the right tool for the job.

Preferred Skills:

• Comfortable with rapid iteration and experimentation
• Web frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, or ExtJS
• Source code control such as Git
• Web application development and REST
• Experience developing connected platforms
• Entrepreneurial drive
• Interest in big data, AI, natural language generation, and other new technologies
• Track record of taking ideas from concept to production
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and self-educate
• Strong communication skills
