About DUST Identity

DUST has developed a supply-chain security solution that uses nano-diamonds to securely tag physical objects so they are uniquely identifiable. Think of a barcode, but invisible, unclonable, and with diamonds! Founded in 2018, DUST Identity is an MIT spinoff, backed by top-tier VCs, that is taking on a vast global market opportunity securing supply chains. We aim high, and need self-starters and problem solvers who thrive when challenges are great, and potential is greater.

About the Position

We have received a high-volume of inbound sales opportunities since our Series A in July 2019 and we need an engineer to support the unique requirements of each of these deployments. Many of our sales engagements require certain feature customizations based on customer requirements; we need someone who can work across the sales and engineering teams to quickly develop these features as proof-of-concepts, whether that is integrating with a blockchain or developing a killer new UI feature. An ideal candidate is capable of working across the stack, is a hacker at heart, and can quickly learn new technology to build with or integrate to.

We are looking for knowledge and experience, but above all care about character and cultural fit.

What You'll Do

• Work with the sales/business development team to understand customer requirements
• Design and implement new features, services, integrations, and APIs
• Test and release reliable code in continuous integration mode
• Improve our deployment process to support multiple simultaneous engagements

We are looking for someone who understands technology and has a process for quickly learning new ones, but familiarity with any of the tools we are currently using is a plus.
