Provide direct support to DataRobot customers and contribute to their success. The successful candidate will use their communication skills to engage with customers and help resolve their application and platform issues. This role offers an opportunity to gain technical and customer facing skill as well as the chance to work with some of the top data scientists in DataRobot and its customers.

Required Skills:

  • Intermediate Linux skills: ability to navigate, edit, search and basic admin
  • Programming in one or more Language: Python preferred
  • Solid Communication: ability engage customers in written and verbal communication
  • Troubleshooting: enjoy troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Basic Data Science concepts: good to have but not essential

Language: Good English skills

Candidate Profile:

  • DevOps engineer looking to get more direct customer experience or learn Data Science
  • Support engineer with technical product support experience looking to expand technical
  • Knowledge or grow their career
