We care about our team. There will be long days and incredible challenges.

We are blazing a trail in an industry that hasn’t changed in nearly a century, and that doesn’t scare us (well, not all the time) -and even when it does, it doesn’t stop us, it energizes us.

Who you are

You love to build great products. Even more so, you love to build great teams that build great products. You are passionate about understanding the customer and creating a unique and differentiated consumer experience. Under the hood, you understand how to deploy technology to serve customers at scale, and are always looking for opportunities to make things faster and more efficient.

You are a technical leader, with a history of success both growing teams and developing products. Your experience gives you the ability to anticipate challenges and your leadership allows you to help guide teams through them. You are an excellent communicator, capable of speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences alike. You are a team player and love to work with other people, capable of not only appreciating different perspectives but finding ways to maximize the talent of everyone around you. Wherever you go, a culture of accountability and attention to detail follows you. Last but not least, you’re not afraid of getting your hands dirty, and there’s nothing more you would enjoy than the opportunity to roll up your sleeves because you know you still got it.

Ideally, you have over 5 years of experience in various fields of technology, have worked on system design projects, and you have definitely managed engineers. We’d be really impressed if you have experience working in e-commerce and have contributed to a high growth company.

In addition to the teams you directly manage, you will work closely with other engineering leaders to evolve the entire engineering organization and help Drizly reach the next level. • Coach and mentor engineers of all levels, from junior engineers to technical lead
  • Recruit, interview, hire and onboard new engineers
  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail

  • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • Commuter benefits
