Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will lead a team of developers and development managers who are engaged in the User Interface Refresh initiative across our product's platform. You will guide several teams as they make fundamental changes across the entire technology stack to enable both the next generation experience and the foundation needed to support it. Ideally, you have built collaborative teams and empathetic leaders. You will help us communicate complex tradeoffs and encourage our teams to constantly improve. Your values will add to our customer-centered culture, by developing and deploying high quality software with industry best practices.

While this is undoubtedly a technical position, you aren't expected to create production code. The ultimate measure of success is in the software that your team creates. Some of the ways you will help them include:

Some of the experience that we think you will need:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with modern software development best practices
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent
• Experience leading high performing teams with onsite and remote members
• Elevating and coaching other software leaders
• Proficiency at building engineering teams that ship with predictability
