What’s the vibe like in the office?

Payfactors has two awesome offices which are open and collaborative with an open-door policy to our execs! I love learning about everyone’s projects and how we all contribute to our success. And we fully embrace the work hard play hard motto. Both offices have great games for employees to enjoy and the monthly socials don’t hurt either!

Senior Sales Engineer

What kinds of technical challenges do you and your team face?

We use ElasticSearch to facilitate advanced search capabilities across many areas of the product. One of the biggest challenges is keeping our indexes up to date in near real-time as data changes across a variety of distributed systems and microservices.
