What skills do I need?
- BS Degree: CS, ME, IE, or similar
- Aptitude and desire to learn fast
- Experiences working on problems that combine digital and physical; this could be in an industrial setting or in a corporate center of excellence
- Experience setting up and maintaining computer networks
- Strong understanding of back end systems / cloud hosted software
- Basic knowledge of internet protocols like HTTP, REST, etc.
- Experience building and maintaining complex Tulip implementations or similar technology solutions involving both software and connected “IoT” devices
- An eye for physical space design and flow
- Strong communication skills
- A knack for bringing different technologies together into a seamless & magical physical experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume day to day responsibility for Tulip’s Digital Factory, the physical showcase of Tulip’s product and capabilities at Tulip HQ.
- You will assume primary responsibility for crafting and continuously improving the demo experiences working with the respective subject matter experts when and where appropriate
- Support sale
- You will collaborate across the Customer Operations team to ensure that our customers’ realities and use cases are represented in the digital factory
- You will work with Product Managers and Engineers to incorporate the latest capabilities into the Digital Factory experience
- You will work with Product and Marketing to coordinate video production in the Digital Factory.
