As a data scientist, you will partner with product teams as a critical contributor to the development of new strategic fintech initiatives and derive actionable insights from our huge reservoir of customer data.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer business trend data to identify financial risk and forecast outcomes
• Optimize business operations and market pricing
• Build tools/dashboards to automate reporting and generate insights that will allow managers to quickly and accurately see how our products and processes are performing.
• Drive complex statistical modeling development, enhancement, and maintenance around all aspects of the business including financial, transactional, demographic and social data from our restaurant customers (billions of rows), and more
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, finance, marketing and other cross-functional team members within the organization to build our business services platform.

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years in Data Science/Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, or advanced degree in as quantitative field
• 2+ years using Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), SAS, Stata, or R
• Experience with Machine Learning
• SQL and Excel expert
• Ability to efficiently analyze huge volumes of data and present concise and clear recommendations of results
• A highly quantitative problem solver who loves to dig into different kinds of data and can confidently and successfully communicate their findings to stakeholders in different departments
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment and to adapt while focusing on key goals and objectives
