Responsibilities:
- Support deploying and managing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
- Assist in developing policies and procedures that support Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
- Assist in designing, deploying and managing backup and and disaster recovery solutions for all Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
- Perform periodic disaster recovery tests to ensure a properly functioning disaster recovery environment exists
- Create well written and concise documentation for all deployed platforms and runbooks for disaster recovery solutions
- Manage daily review of backup and recovery logs for all IaaS and SaaS solutions
- Manage Disaster Recovery and Backup Recovery project deadlines

Competencies:
- Operation knowledge and experience managing IaaS solutions such as Amazon Web Service and Google Cloud
- Operation knowledge with SaaS solutions such as Office 365, Atlassian, Salesforce & Google GSuite
- Ability to translate and communicate complex technical issues into common language
- Collaborative, strong people skills
- Strong relationship management with vendors and department heads
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service mindset

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred. Equivalent work experience can be substituted for college education.
- Four plus years of operational experience in:
- designing, deploying and managing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
- designing, deploying and managing enterprise-class backup and recovery solutions for Enterprise Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
- Experience deploying and managing solutions in AWS and Google Cloud
- Experience managing SaaS solutions such as 0365, Google GSuite, Atlassian and Salesforce
