Job Description

The Tier 2 team supports our entire product suite, with focus on our B2B applications. Our mission is to maintain our software products and work closely with product engineering teams to ensure the quality delivery of our solutions.

We are looking for a full stack software engineer to help us lead the way and would love to welcome you to the team!Payscale is looking for an Associate Software Engineer to help act as a barrier between our users and our development team. You will play a key role in assisting our client services team with various technical tasks ranging from data imports to bug triage and minor code fixes.

What You Do:

  • Providing exceptional service to our internal and external stakeholders
  • Bug triage and tracking
  • Bug-fixing
  • Providing bi-weekly on-call services should product issues arise

The right individual for this role will be a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented developer who wishes to help keep our development team focused while building valuable technical and domain knowledge along the way. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL is preferred
  • Some experience with C#, ASP.NET, Angular 4+, MongoDB, ElasticSeach, Bootstrap, Jira and Git would be a plus
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment
  • Awareness and pride in 100% client satisfaction
