Associate Software Engineer

Payfactors is looking for an Associate Software Engineer to help act as a barrier between our users and our development team. You will play a key role in assisting our client services team with various technical tasks ranging from data imports to bug triage and minor code fixes.
The right individual for this role will be a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented developer who wishes to help keep our development team focused while building valuable technical and domain knowledge along the way. Requirements/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree required
0-3 years of experience
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL is preferred
Some experience with C#, ASP.NET, Angular 2+, MongoDB, ElasticSeach, Bootstrap and Git would be a plus
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment
Awareness and pride in 100% client satisfaction
Boston-area based - No sponsorship or relocation available at this time
Primary Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional service to our internal and external stakeholders
Bug triage and tracking
Bug-fixing
Providing bi-weekly on-call services should product issues arise
