About the team you will be on…
With the acquisition of Site Studio (previously Cohesion), creator of the world’s most powerful editing experience available for Drupal, Acquia have expanded their vision to offer the industry's first Open Digital Experience Platform.
Offering the fastest low-code way to build enterprise-grade Drupal sites, Cohesion lets developers and designers without deep coding skills build sites using a visual UI. Tasks like building layouts, element styles, templates and components can all be achieved easily with basic CSS and Drupal knowledge, and our visual designer.
About the role you will be applying for…
We are seeking a QA/QE professional to help advance the testing and quality assurance efforts for Site Studios Drupal module and related SaaS platforms. This role is vitally important in ensuring that our customers get the benefits of innovation without suffering failures in quality.
As a QA Engineer, you will…
- advocate for technology, infrastructure, quality, security, performance, and operational ownership and continuously improve process, product, and people.
- partner with other product and engineering team members in coming up with testing strategies.
- promote a quality mentality across the entire team.
- design, execute, and document manual and automated test cases.
- assist with the release process and testing.
- serve as the defender of the customer from a product quality perspective.
What you’ll need to be successful…
- have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- be familiar with the Agile development process with experience preferred.
- have experience developing with automated testing frameworks such as Cypress
