POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking to add an exceptional App Developer to our Business Enablement Team. The ideal candidate will be a Quick Base expert and passionate about supporting internal customer across the organization. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to understand their business problem and create a technical solution within Quick Base.

Responsibilities:

• Technical design and development of Quick Base applications used cross-functionally by Quick Base internal teams
• Support end-users and resolve application issues as needed
• Gather and transform business requirements into Quick Base solutions
• Develop technical design documents and test plans 
• Perform unit testing and assist with integration and system testing
• Apply best practices and domain knowledge to ensure the quality of the solutions delivered
• Assist in analyzing and executing change requests and enhancements
• Follow appropriate change management controls to mitigate operational risks
• Contribute to post-implementation reviews
• Consistently demonstrate initiative, creativity and innovation to drive more effective design and process ideas to fruition
• Continuously challenge effectiveness of internal processes, tools and systems, recommending changes as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expert experience developing and supporting Quick Base applications a must
• Ability to communicate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills
• Ability to assess, review and create workflows based on requirements or experience
• Demonstrated personal ownership of tasks and follow through to get the required results in the established timeframe
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others to achieve quality results
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic and complex environment
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience
• Working knowledge of Integration Software (Workato, Zapier, etc) is a plus
