As a member of the customer success organization the AI Engineer will be a key member of the Customer Success team ensuring Customers pre- and post-sales experience is exceptional. Providing proactive and reactive help for POC, Customers and Partners.
AI Engineer is responsible for
- Advising and supporting prospects as well as clients with the deployment of models
through enablement sessions, workshops, and services - Development of enablement materials, accelerators, sample code, best practices
- Scoping, documentation, and development of ML pipelines
- Liaising with Engineering and triaging escalations from customers
- Maintaining the relationship with customer’s DevOps team
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a customer facing role as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- 5+ years experience with at least one programming language
- 5+ years in-depth experience with at least one Cloud Service (AWS,GCP, Azure)
- 5+ years experience with Data Management on SQL or NO SQL database
- Linux and Networking skills
- Interest and understanding of Data Science
Soft skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience talking to senior customer technical and non-technical staff
- Experience working with Engineering and relaying customer requirements
- Experience with working as technical SME as part of a distributed team
- Troubleshooting experience gained on Enterprise software
