You will:

• Strategize the approach of how we onboard, train, develop and retain our growing external community of licensees
• Generate engaging content and its strategy to deliver this learning material. Develop segmented approach to the diversity of licensees to ensure adoption of materials
• Develop communication plans to best deliver and adopt change.
• Create systems that can scale our information and communications as we grow.
• Develop new channels and programs based on needs, as well as develop feedback loops to constantly improve how we communicate.
• Develop recognition programs for various hurdles that the community reaches
• Measure and track the success of the training work and how it is impacting the community engagement and identify opportunities to improve.
• Work cross-functionally with platform stakeholders to ensure communications are aligned.
• Manage the training and development specialist

You have:

• Experience developing and creating training and development programs and content
• Passionate about practical and applied learning best practices, principles, concepts, and technologies.
• Strong writing skills and ability to communicate in an approachable and engaging way.
• Ability to analyze and track data and report on progress of programs and content
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work across all functional organizations as well as levels in the organization.
• Ability to identify themes and develop communication plans to address them.
• Thinks outside the box to develop news ways to engage a community.
• Experience managing staff.
• Hands-on and self-driven.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.
