If you’re an experienced social media marketing leader who loves building intelligent, creative, and data-driven social media teams that execute on innovative and disruptive social strategies, then we should talk.

This is a leadership role that will be responsible for:

  1. Building the vision & strategy for all of our social media efforts and channels:
    1. Including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Linkedin, Twitter, Reddit (& more/less if you think it’s important).
  2. Managing a team of rockstars that will be focused on:
    1. Content strategy and creation (both written and multimedia/video)
    2. Community management (both growing and engaging the community)
    3. Paid social (content amplification, lead generation)
    4. Social analysis (content trends, audience insights,
    5. Campaign management (competitions, UGC campaigns, etc)
    6. And anything/everything else you think we need!
  3. Working closely with a world-class social media team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An insatiable passion for understanding how social media works, what content goes viral, and who is doing it incredibly well (and a unique ability to learn from others’ tactics/mistakes, and incorporate learnings into our own strategy).
  • A *proven track record* of building, scaling and managing the strategy for high-growth social media accounts (ideally in both B2C and B2B businesses).
  • An obsession for learning that forces them to learn everything there is about social media and new platforms, and a willingness to try things and fail.

Your metrics for success in this role will be:

  1. Grow our social video from 2.5M views per month to 20M+ views.
  2. Scale our social community from 1.7M fans to 5M+ fans
  3. Multiply our social referral traffic by 3X
  4. Build, coach & lead a world-class team of social media rockstars.
