Introduction:
10Beauty is seeking our founding Product Manager - the first dedicated product leader in the company—to own the end-to-end product lifecycle. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role requiring strategic vision, technical fluency, and a passion for customer experience. You will be the internal voice of the customer and the external voice of the product, directly impacting our market success and growth.
We are looking for someone who is technically strong, a great culture fit and has demonstrated an ability to successfully operate in a fast-paced (at times chaotic) start-up environment. If you feel that you could be a great fit, we would love to speak with you.
What You'll Do:- You will come in as the first product role in our 50 person technology org
- Own the product roadmap, vision, and strategy for all related software, services, and future innovations
- Work directly with the engineering (embedded, computer vision, mechanical) and operations teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog to improve our delivery to market
- Serve as the chief advocate for the user. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews (both retail partners and end-users) to deeply understand needs, pain points, and opportunities for automation
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, including machine uptime, usage rates, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and feature adoption
- Act as the central communication hub, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, executive leadership, and retail partners
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a startup or rapid-growth environment
- Proven experience as a Product Manager working on a hardware product (Robotics a huge plus) with advanced software integration. You must be comfortable engaging deeply with embedded and mechanical engineers
- The ability to move seamlessly between defining a long-term, multi-year product strategy, while also managing the details of a two-week sprint
- Data driven approach to solutioning
- Experience with a modern software development methodology (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
