Modivcare is looking for an experienced Director - Product Management to join our team. This role is responsible for leading a product team to drive transformational new products and digital capabilities to deliver solutions in digital healthcare. The Director will identify business opportunities within the industry, develop a vision and roadmap, and engage with agile sprint teams to release features and capabilities that address those needs. This role will specifically support high-profile initiatives and issues.

This role…

  • Identifies business opportunities through direct engagement with clients and external stakeholders as well as market research.

  • Engages internal stakeholders to gather additional business requirements.

  • Drives requirements and prioritization activities within Product Owners/Managers leading agile sprint teams.

  • Assists in user research efforts with UX/UI designers.

  • Participates in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review/demos.

  • Identifies success metrics to measure feature effectiveness.

  • Produces marketing collateral with relevant business departments for release rollout.

  • Communicates release outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Acts as a recognized voice of the customer on behalf of the business.

  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with project stakeholders (e.g., team members, internal customers, SMEs, business partners, leadership).

  • Develops a deep understanding of customer and product needs.

  • Prioritizes tradeoffs, clarifies requirements, and understands enterprise growth data needs and use.

  • Identifies task duration, effort, sequence, and dependencies to meet objectives.

  • Gains stakeholder agreement on schedules, time management, and resource plans.

  • Negotiates and communicates changes to project plans.

  • Monitors and documents project milestones and outcomes for quality assurance.

  • Oversees a product analyst team in a matrixed environment.

  • Fosters collaboration to improve experience and establish a customer-first culture.

  • Balances and aligns product analysts to work efforts.

  • Provides guidance on best practices and thorough performance feedback.

  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Determines appropriate staffing to achieve goals.

  • Builds an effective leadership team through mentoring and education in management principles.

  • Defines annual KPIs aligned with corporate goals.

  • Directs and mentors leaders on performance gaps, development, and strategies.

  • Coaches leaders on HR processes including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, selection, terminations, and rewards.

  • Recognizes contributions, shares credit, and fosters high employee satisfaction and retention.

  • Leads change management initiatives.

  • Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Prepares and manages budgets; analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions to enhance performance.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following…

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • Ten (10) plus years of experience with B2B or B2B2C SaaS-based product teams.

  • Five (5) plus years of leadership responsibility.

  • Experience implementing complex vendors.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum work environments.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with product improvement/implementation is a plus.

  • SCRUM or Agile certification is a plus.

  • Healthcare insurance industry experience is a plus.

  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • Proven ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Strong market analysis and customer insight skills with data-driven product design ability.

  • Proficiency with tools/platforms such as JIRA and Confluence.

  • Strong grasp of agile methodologies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

  • Strategic thinking with alignment to broader business goals.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.

  • Project management skills for juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).

  • Strong problem analysis and solution planning skills.

  • Compassionate and member-first team leadership approach.

  • Self-directed with the ability to deliver results independently.

Salary: $159,900 - $215,900

Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
