As the Director of Marketing at Tomorrow.io, you’ll lead a world-class team driving awareness, demand, and growth for the company redefining how the world manages weather impact. This role blends strategy and execution across brand, campaigns, content, digital, and product storytelling, uniting Tomorrow.io’s narrative across every channel and touchpoint. You’ll help shape the marketing engine that powers our next stage of growth, partnering closely with leaders across the organization to build a cohesive, data-driven marketing organization.

Please note that this position is a hybrid role, and the GTM Team collaborates in person twice weekly at our HQ in Boston, Massachusetts. 

What you bring…

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in high-growth companies
  • Proven track record of developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and grow a high-performing team
  • Deep understanding of brand development, content strategy, and overall go-to-market execution
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, able to translate complex technology into compelling, customer-driven narratives
  • Analytical mindset with experience in marketing operations, reporting, and performance optimization
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where creativity and agility are key

What you’ll do…

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement across industries
  • Lead and mentor a team spanning brand, content, and product marketing, ensuring clarity of vision, measurable impact, and operational excellence
  • Partner cross-functionally with the entire Go-to-Market team, Product, and Executive teams to align  priorities and translate company objectives into marketing plans that deliver results
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact campaigns that highlight Tomorrow.io’s unique end-to-end value chain, from space-based observations and proprietary weather modeling to an industry-leading platform
  • Drive data-informed decision-making through strong reporting, analytics, and marketing attribution
  • Manage Tomorrow.io’s brand identity, voice, and messaging across all channels
  • Work with the VP of Marketing to plan budgets, allocate resources, and scale initiatives that maximize ROI and accelerate growth
  • Represent the marketing organization as a trusted partner across the company, championing innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
