Director, Demand Generation

Position Description:
Your mission will be to develop, execute and lead demand generation for Catalant’s marketplace. You will need a successful track record of creatively marketing complex and new-to-market products to senior, discerning buyers. The ideal candidate has 6-8 yrs marketing at a B2B technology or professional services company, a strong analytical pedigree and demonstrated business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate very closely with Sales and make sure that sales and marketing are well aligned
- Use Marketo to manage leads, create landing pages, send emails, and create nurturing tracks
- Ownership of all digital acquisition channels
- You will proactively identify improvements in our story and campaigns to keep customers moving toward adoption, success, and expansion
- Plan, coordinate and execute campaign flows that span all stages of the customer lifecycle
- Ensure consistency of message, voice, and experience across disparate campaigns
- Set priorities in implementation and development of campaigns that support the business and program strategy/objectives, integrating the right mix of Demand Generation tactics
- Work with existing marketing team to ensure world-class quality marketing materials are produced including web content, marketing campaign assets and offers, emails, ads, graphics, webinars, videos, etc.
- Work to analyze and identify root cause and action plans to address program performance issues and drive continual improvement campaign results.
- Track, measure, and report the global campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics, working across regions to identify and analyze gaps and actions plans to course-correct as the campaign execution unfolds.
- Manage the overall creation and execution of campaigns on budget, on time, and on target.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6-8 years of marketing experience, ideally with a focus in consulting, technology or software
- Experience with generating and producing written content; decks, one-pagers, email campaigns
- Strategic experience, developing market brand and go to market strategies
- Experience developing, executing and reporting on multi-channel B2B marketing initiatives
- Self-starter with world-class work ethic and ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Track record of “running into fires” and demonstrated “at-cause” approach to problem solving
