About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced VP or Director of AI Solutions Strategy to spearhead the go-to-market efforts for our AI-Bots and AI-powered enhancements. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, and customer success, owning the AI commercialization roadmap and helping clients understand and adopt AI as a core enabler of digital transformation.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how AI redefines validation and quality in life sciences. You will work closely with our executive team, sales, product, and customer success to create a new category in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for ValGenesis AI-Bots, AI credits, and AI-powered features
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, craft tailored solutions, and close high-value deals
- Lead consultative conversations with customers to discover value propositions and align ValGenesis AI capabilities with business outcomes
- Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and ROI-driven proposals to C-level and operational stakeholders
- Serve as the internal champion for customer future requirements, working with product and engineering to shape roadmap priorities
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to keep ValGenesis an innovation leader
- Partner with marketing to create compelling messaging, collateral, and campaigns that drive AI solution awareness and demand
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver timely updates on AI adoption, revenue growth, and customer impact
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, with a strong track record in sales, strategy, or business development—ideally within AI, digital transformation, or life sciences technology
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and how they are applied to enterprise workflows
- Proven experience leading complex sales cycles and delivering value in a consultative setting
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Strategic mindset, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence across senior stakeholders
- Strong passion for innovation, digital transformation, and driving tangible business outcomes
