This is an exciting role for anyone seeking experience in a wide range of digital tactics on an acquisition focused team, contributing hugely to the success of the company!

About You:

  • Process management and optimization are at the heart of how you think and act; you understand the basics of automation and how to put it to work
  • You’re passionate about all things digital and interested in new technologies
  • You love numbers, data and the opportunity to be analytical (and can craft a good story with numbers instead of words)
  • You appreciate an elegant and simple solution to complex problems over a robust & complicated one
  • You’re detail oriented and can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You’re a proactive team player, willing to step outside of your job description if necessary
  • We’re willing to train the right candidate on platforms and technologies they don’t already know, but bonus points if:
  • You’re familiar with the concepts of relational databases

  • You’ll help develop, document and maintain the processes that keep our marketing campaigns running smoothly and well optimized; you’ll become the glue holding our channel-specific campaigns together
  • You’ll work with various marketing teams to understand their objectives, identify commonalities and put in action efficient plans and infrastructure to help them meet their goals and automate processes where possible
  • You’ll act as a liaison between various members of the marketing team and other departments such as the eCommerce & site experience teams and technical product owners
  • You’ll work with various platform vendors to setup their tools specific to MOO’s objectives and will be a key stakeholder for our measurement and attribution platforms
  • You’ll traffic display campaigns (in DCM), create basic performance reports, maintain cross-channel naming conventions and general data hygiene
  • Assist with the management of the digital financials and monthly accruals
