We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to contribute to our eCommerce product strategy and execution. The eCommerce Senior Product Manager is responsible for building and enhancing eCommerce capabilities in support of our business objectives.
This role requires partnership with company executive sponsors & stakeholders, creation and management of comprehensive roadmaps, and communication on key decisions and risks including ownership of product governance forums and activities. This role is responsible for tracking the value of product development and adoption activities as well as conducting regularly scheduled read-outs to program leadership.

Flexible Work Policy: The work for the Digital Commerce Sr Product Manager position is completely remote anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories. 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Product Planning and Execution (35% of time)

    • Market and Customer facing role collaborates across departments to identify business needs

    • Develop and execute 1-2 year product roadmap in support of company's annual revenue growth goal

    • Participate in quarterly business reviews with senior leadership

    • Contribute to and participate in monthly product review meetings with senior product leadership

  • Product Development (40% of time)

    • Utilize agile methodologies within your product area

    • Works with product owners to communicate business requirements and establish feature acceptance criteria, accepts features into the product

    • Communicates new enhancements to the organization and customers

    • Manage and allocate $1-5M annual product development budget

  • Market and User Research (15% of time)

    • Conduct bi-monthly competitive analyses of 3-5 key market competitors

    • Participate in quarterly customer advisory board meetings with 5-10 key clients

    • Lead ongoing analysis and insights of adoption and business performance to support stakeholder decision-making

  • Team Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination (10% of time)

    • Present weekly product updates to stakeholders

    • Work closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams throughout the product development cycle

    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies for product launches

    • Work with Finance to develop business models and tracking projected to increase revenue annually

SUPERVISION:

  • Directly manage and mentor 2-3 product managers

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Remote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of total professional experience

  • 5+ years of eCommerce experience in foodservice, B2B distribution or other major B2C retailers

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management

  • Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams

  • Track record of contributing to products generating $20M+ in annual revenue

  • Up to 10% travel

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds).  The expected base rate for this role is between

$95,000 - $155,000
