Description

CozyKin is looking for a designer who can own and develop the visual design of our online platform.

You will create designs that will not only define our technology product, but that we can use to make our collateral and materials consistent with our tech experience.

Responsibilities

-Drive the visual component of tech experience and business collateral

- Put your experience in mobile and responsive design to use

- Work using input from leaders on the team to refine ideas and create new ones

- Create, from beginning to final delivery, a highly designed visual experience

- Interest in print and physical collateral, or a willingness to learn

- Ensure a consistent brand perception

- Communicate ideas and concepts clearly

- Deliver well developed designs of creative assets

- Comfortable presenting lo-fi work for feedback

- Expert level skills in industry standard design tools

- Able to direct self in learning new tools quickly

- Thinks about the “why?” and “how?”, not just the “what?”

- Able to deliver refined design with a short turnaround time

- Follows through on commitments and is reliable above all

- Sees themselves as part of a larger team and, more importantly, sees others as the team itself
