How you will make an impact

  • Lead UX research
  • Strategize, prioritize, execute and assess quantitative and qualitative studies
  • Work with product managers and designers to inform decision making and raise our bar for user empathy
  • Be an active contributor in building the UX process of Insurify

What you need to succeed

  • End to end experience with advanced research methods
  • You know about observational, confirmation, and in-group bias
  • Communication skills: Ability to articulate your research findings decisions and present your work to the broader team. You have the ability to persuade and inform direction. You will impact how our product experiences behave and work.
  • Attitudinal research skills: Design, execute and analyze moderated remote usability studies and usability benchmarking. Perform concept tests, including desirability studies and intercept surveys
  • Behavioral research skills: Work with data team to summarize insights from A/B tests, set up UX behavioral A/B tests
  • Objective-driven with experience leading research direction (test assumptions with Maze and usertesting.com)
  • Ability to execute at speed navigating the rapidly changing priorities of a growing startup
