UX Research Operations Analyst
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for a UX Research Operations Analyst with strong strategic and process-driven instincts to help us develop Chewy’s digital experiences and join our team in Boston, MA. This person will work closely with Research teammates, Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering to help the teams create the best-in-class experiences across platforms, including web, mobile web, mobile apps (iOS, Android), and voice.
What you'll do:
- Enforce best practices around knowledge management and supporting a robust research repository
- Craft strategies that will increase company awareness of research projects and insights
- Facilitate a UX Quality Benchmarking report and coordinating with the Researchers on the team to quantify the experience
- Track research impact at the company through a biannual survey and report
- Ensure we have standard templates and outline opportunities
- Maintain an intake process for incoming research requests
- Manage recruiting tools and processes, handling incentives, and determining the most cost-efficient solutions around recruiting
- Build our participant panel and turning it into a reliable platform to be leveraged at scale
- Ensure the research team is sourcing the right tools to meet our growing demands in the most cost-efficient way possible
- Keep the research team connected through events and learning & development initiatives
- Organize the logistics around offsite and on-site events, including talks and webinars
- Help to assist accessibility research recruitment and sourcing and enabling the correct equipment
What you'll need:
- BA/BS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Research, Cognitive Science, Project Management, Product Management and/or related degree
- Familiarity and experience with user research and project management
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong forward-thinking capabilities
- Be incredibly organized and always looking to "level up the game"

Bonus:
- You’re familiar with operations (a.k.a., program management, project management, producing, or operations)–bonus points if you’ve worked with UX Research before.
- You have been a researcher or recruitment coordinator
