Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer, as part of a training team and in conjunction with a team of seasoned Instructional Designers, develops, develops, designs and assesses training programs for new hires and existing employees. You will implement all aspects of the instructional design process- define, design, develop, implement and evaluate curricula which includes blended instructional design, online learning, classroom and instructional led training programs, self-study programs, and e-learning.
What you’ll do
- Design and Document new and existing Instructional Material, create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
- Identify appropriate learning approaches for the purpose of maximizing training effectiveness, targeting quality measures and KPIs, making training more efficient
- Devise modes of assessment to measure the effectiveness of the course
- Build effective relationships with other internal departments and SMEs to collaborate with stakeholders
- Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
Professional Responsibilities
- Represent ezCater and its culture when attending to training at alternate sites.
- Willingness to keep abreast of learning theories and instructional design models and training development software.

You Have:
- Between 1-3 years of applicable experience
- Experience in implementing and creating instructional design and adult learning using instructional technology, learning theories and instructional design models.
- Strong facilitation, training, communication and influencing skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- High comfort level in dealing with vendors and employees at all levels in the organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in the use of technology and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Knowledge in utilizing various distance learning tools, such as go-to-webinar, WebEx, Adobe Connect, Zoom, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Articulate products
- Ability & interest to travel up to 15% of the time to alternate sites
