As the Senior UX Content Strategist, you’ll help develop content strategies based on company goals and business objectives while advocating for our customer’s needs. Supporting the research, planning, and design of web and mobile UI systems. In conjunction to content the ideal candidate should be capable of producing various other forms of deliverables including content audits, migration plans, taxonomies, qualitative and quantitative analyses, user journeys, personas, wireframes, guides and prototypes. This is an immersive role, supporting the design of platforms, and products from ideation through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Know when and why UX deliverables such as Generative and Formative Research, User Journeys, Wireframes, Site Maps and Content Matrices are required and when a lighter, leaner approach is warranted
• Facilitate strategy and ideation sessions to bring together the perspectives of the product owner while keeping the needs of the customer at the center
• Partner with other team members to help realize the user experience vision
• Form a clear and insightful understanding of our customers’ business, their needs, and the creative opportunities and challenges that exist in their industries
• Work collaboratively with other leads and senior members of the design, product and marketing teams to generate thoughtful, innovative, and relevant content across a broad range of media channels

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 to 7 years of experience in UX or IA both leading projects and working within a team dynamic and Agile Scrum
• The analytical ability to gather business and user insights to develop long term strategy and vision
• Experience planning and writing content for web, mobile/tablet and SaaS products
• Proficient with UI design patterns for the desktop and mobile web
• Proficient with UX principles and methodologies including User-Centered Design and Design Thinking
• Excellent knowledge of usability, accessibility, and industry standards
• Experience working within design and product scrum teams and mentoring colleagues
• Familiarity with analytics platforms
• Ability to communicate, listen and present ideas
