We're looking for a Senior Designer to join our marketing team and help build out and tune our world-class brand. In this role, you will ensure that the design team promotes our brand through delivering high-quality work at a start-up pace. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. Additionally, please bring experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including digital, print, OOH, and trade show assets. It's an exciting opportunity for a design expert to make their mark on the creation of a $1B+ brand, all the while helping us bump that 1 up to a 2 (and beyond)!
You will:
- Create marketing and brand assets across multiple touch points (print, OOH, event materials, direct mail, static banner ads and motion graphics, social media assets, digital, etc) with a mobile-first approach
- Develop and execute bold, creative concepts and designs that align to (and sometimes help to evolve) brand guidelines
- Create mood boards, storyboards and concept art for marketing campaigns and videos
- Deliver assets according to deadlines and communicate any issues early enough to prevent fires
You have:
- 4-6 years of experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar, as well as a broad, diverse portfolio to prove it
- Strong conceptual and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Great taste, and the ability to help establish and/or align with brand standards
- Strong knowledge of color, typography, design and graphics principles
- A passion for art, advertising, design, culture, and trends
- “Get it done” mentality: maniacal attention to detail coupled with a commitment to deliver high-quality work on deadline
- An eagerness and willingness to give and receive feedback. We all love learning from each other here!
- Working knowledge of print and digital production and optimizing final files for delivery
- BFA/BA/BS in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
