As a Senior Designer at WHOOP, you will drive engagement and growth for our Enterprise markets by bringing key concepts and data to life for our customers. You’ll understand our core audiences in healthcare, business, government, and athletics to design elegant, powerful assets and visualizations that demonstrate how WHOOP elevates performance and creates value. As a highly motivated, quick and nimble self-starter well versed in creating visually compelling content, you will pave the way by developing foundational templates and assets. 

This role reports to the Head of Enterprise Marketing with dotted line accountability to the Art Director.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Support growth across our Enterprise markets by developing polished marketing collateral that clearly communicates Whoop’s value and key messages
• Produce and customize market-facing content across diverse asset types tailored to B2B audiences including presentations, case studies, white papers, eBooks, datasheets, brochures, infographics, and other relevant form factors
• Create compelling and engaging data visualizations, process flows, charts, and illustrations
• Design layouts and templates that enable consistency and scale with appropriate customization across Enterprise markets
• Help shape novel creative concepts, standards, and imagery for the Enterprise business
• Work closely with WHOOP’s marketing design team to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and creative process
• Have a refined eye for typographic sensibilities in both digital and print 
• Maintain and organize creative assets in centralized repositories

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years experience in an advertising/design/media agency or in-house creative department with track record of projects executed for B2B audiences; experience working in technology/SaaS industries preferred
• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
• Outstanding portfolio of relevant work that demonstrates a high level of creativity in the realm of presentation and marketing collateral
• Expert in Google Slides, Powerpoint, and other presentation software
• Expert knowledge and working experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• High level of creativity and precise attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize, and manage multiple projects at a time with tight deadlines
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Desire and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
