What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a driven Senior Designer to join our team. This individual will work within our design team and work closely with the marketing team to help craft and maintain the experience for Catalant’s marketing website, develop campaign assets, and be a strategic partner in helping evolve Catalant’s brand.

What you’ll work on:

• Partner with your art director and content creators on implementation of campaigns including landing pages, emails, social graphics, infographics, ebooks, banner ads, and more.
• Record and produce videos, including animated graphics
• Work to iteratively scale and maintain the Catalant visual system, including our brand guide, pattern library, UI toolkits, and implementation guidelines

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Visual Design or related field
• 2+ years of experience in an agency or in-house design team
• Basic knowledge in working with HTML/CSS
• Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Sketch
• Experience with CMS including Wordpress and Marketo
• Value design, strategy, and technology as all parts of the same took-kit. 
• You are highly collaborative, strong communications skills, self-starter, and extremely organized.
