Job Description

Wayfair is seeking a Senior Designer with a passion for luxury branding, design and technology to join the creative team behind two of our consumer Lifestyle Brands, AllModern and Perigold.

The Senior Designer will work both independently and collaboratively to solve complex creative challenges involving all aspects of a promotional campaign: email, landing experiences, digital advertising and print collateral. The Senior Designer will guide junior team  to interpret project objectives from multiple sources to ensure design concepts meet business goals while following brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a high volume of digital and print campaigns for AllModern and Perigold on tight deadlines
• Partner with Creative Managers to develop design strategies and seasonal campaigns
• Continually help push brand development and maintain high creative standards in a fun and energetic environment
• Vocal contributor to the team and helps coach junior team members

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably e-commerce or agency
• Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite (Experience with Sketch is a plus)
• Digital design experience with knowledge of UX/UI
• Excellent communication skills and experience talking through creative ideas in a collaborative environment
• Organized and able to produce quality work in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Always seeking knowledge in design, art, and technology, and stays up to date on current trends
• An enthusiastic and flexible work ethic with a sense of humor(!)
