About the Role

BitSight is seeking an innovative, collaborative, customer-focused, and technically astute systems thinker to augment our growing User Experience team and advance strategic, long-term projects. As our first Design Strategist, you’ll have the opportunity to shape your role and future BitSight products at the same time. We see this role as a connector across our customer-facing lines of business and the deep bench of data science, security research, and software engineering that make up our platform team. You’ll conduct early discovery research with users, envision new products and features, and bring insights back to the platform team to influence the development of APIs and data that will enable our roadmap. You’ll create high-level design artifacts to help the organization visualize the future and get inspired. You’ll work closely with product designers to bring the vision to life. This is a very senior individual contributor role that has the potential to evolve into a people leadership role as our team grows.
