MOO is looking for a Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our Boston Creative Team. This is a role within our Creative team and will help to support our design team as we grow the business and add new product launches.

Are you a highly motivated, commercially-minded designer with a passion for great design? As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you will need to have a drive for developing innovative concepts and executing beautiful designs across multiple platforms; products, product marketing campaigns and promotions. You will need to have strong organisational skills and feel comfortable working on multiple projects, sticking to tight deadlines when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the design, development and ownership of online and offline brand assets across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal clients (in both our Boston and London offices) to deliver work on-time and in-line with the MOO brand
  • Support the Creative Team in day-to-day activities to ensure projects are to brief.
  • Use a good awareness of design processes to question and challenge design briefs and solve design problems
  • Work closely with the studio manager to prioritise workloads
  • Deliver against tight and complex deadlinesBe aware of current design trends and attitudes to help inspire your work (and the team).
  • General studio housekeeping, such as filing, archiving and process management

About You:

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
  • You have a recognized design degree
  • Excellent creative standards and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong portfolio that illustrates strong ideation, layout, typographic and visualizing skills
  • Ability to adhere to branding style guides
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Commercially minded
  • Collaborative
  • Great time management skills with the ability to deliver against tight and complex timelines, managing multiple and competing work priorities, demands.
  • Stress resistant and confident.Self-motivated and a team player
  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and all Microsoft Office software
