About You

You have at least 5+ yrs experience in creating compelling digital designs for a broad range of marketing material. You have a sharp eye for visual detail and have a knack for clean & clear design. You give your work a friendly, human voice and are able to translate complex products and messaging into simple & compelling design and graphics. You're invested in having a life outside of work that is bolstered by a fulfilling job, not dominated by it. You look out for others and it shows in your willingness to sit down and hear out whatever needs or feedback other team members have in order to foster constructive conversation about personal and professional growth. About the Position:

In this role you will work closely alongside the product marketing & demand gen marketing teams to visualize, create, and execute compelling creative designs. You will report to our Director of Demand Generation, Jeremy. Work will include homepage graphics, web banners (static and animated), email marketing and sales collateral. The types of projects you’ll support will include: display ads,landing pages, brochures, presentations, ebooks, infographics, web page design, and more.

Responsibilities

• Ability to visualize abstract ideas and technical concepts graphically 
• Create whitepapers and case studies 
• Collaborate with product marketing & demand gen marketing teams on a daily basis 
• Create consistent, on-brand graphics and illustrations

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience. 
• Some Illustration experience 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and experienced in Google suite – presentation design will be primarily in Google Slides
• Experience across digital and print media 
• Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter 
• Clear and effective written and verbal communicator

Bonus

• B2B/Technology experience is a big plus
• Basic Web Development experience a plus
