Lovepop is continually pushing the envelope (jokes) and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can be the ultimate creator for our marketing, retail, wholesale, and wedding teams. You’ll have the opportunity to take on challenging creative tasks that will help change the way people think about gifting.

What you'll do here:

• Create amazing print pieces that thousands of people will see at our kiosks, tradeshows and brand partner events
• Help build and define our brand so that we can always push the limits of our outward facing marketing creative
• Streamline our design into consistent styles across multiple platforms and digital mediums
• Build brand and style guidelines to ensure designs are consistent and on brand
• Work with our wedding team to design elegant creative for our wedding customers
• Work with photographers and videographers to achieve the best creative for the brand
• Collaborate with an enthusiastic team of highly engaged and open-minded people!

What you'll bring to the table:

• At least 3 years of experience in Visual or Graphic Design
• Past experience designing for the web and mobile devices and understanding the design tradeoffs of each
• Experience and solid understanding of print and large scale design and production
• Outstanding project management, cross team collaboration, communication and time management skills
• Strong understanding of typography, page layout, white space, and color
• Amazingly proficient in Adobe products specifically: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• No ego with the willingness to admit mistakes, take feedback constructively, and take on new responsibilities on the fly

• Have worked with marketing and design teams
• Have an understanding of videography and photography
• Can think through problems in a systematic way
• Have a passion for paper and have worked on projects that deeply involved paper craft and printing
