WHY WE NEED YOU
The Art Director working with our Design Team will work to create a brand image for Hydrow as we continue to expand our reach. Across multiple mediums, we are creating more and more content and we need you to be the visual eye that keeps us fresh, new, and on target with our member community and new customers.
WHAT YOU'll ACCOMPLISH
CREATE clear and distinct ideas in tandem with the copywriter and creative teams. You will produce sketches and storyboards to visualize ideas and bring concepts to life. You will work to bring concepts from the beginning of an idea to final execution. In keeping with current creative trends, you will bring a new, fresh eye to the Hydrow brand and assist in establishing an artistic brand identity that is singular and eye-catching.
COLLABORATE with the creative and marketing teams to understand brand concepts and marketing initiatives. You will present concepts to multiple internal and external facing teams on marketing initiatives and iterate on your artistic concepts to constantly improve until it is the best version of the collective work.
PROJECT MANAGE concepts from the initial idea to the fully realized final product. You will work closely with design and copy team members to delegate work accordingly and meet marketing deadlines.

CREATIVITY You have an eye and desire to create an image for a brand that is rapidly growing. You are able to look at marketing initiatives from multiple different angles and see the collective big picture of visual marketing concepts.
COLLABORATION You work well with a team of different creatives and can bring together multiple ideas within a team and decipher the best route to take, delegate accordingly, and lead a team on a project to the end.
