About the Role:

The Demand Generation Manager will lead our strategic efforts to build a new opportunity pipeline with both existing customers and new prospects. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for building and executing on a plan to drive interest in Fluxx and generate meaningful conversations for our Account Executives.    

Working as an integral part of cross-functional teams, you’ll design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue, promote and leverage events, webinars, etc, and work with product marketing to generate and leverage existing content across the buyer’s journey.

To succeed in this role you will need to be obsessed with data to measure the effectiveness of demand gen programs as well as identifying new ideas to experiment and continuously optimize the cost of customer acquisition. Creativity, ability to collaborate with other parts of the GTM team and acute rigor in managing projects, reporting hurdles and progress will be paramount to driving these initiatives through the business. Your key performance metrics will be new leads, MQL’s, meetings, and pipeline targets as well as CPL (for paid programs).

This is a full-time exempt and remote position. Candidates must be located in the United States. 


What you will be doing:

  • Develop strategy and execute marketing programs for new logo acquisition, including:
    • Plan, develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns utilizing various marketing channels including (virtual) events, webinars, digital marketing, content syndication, paid media, email marketing and others
    • Lead ad copy creation, testing, web analytics, retargeting initiatives and new channel / intent data testing to optimize campaigns
    • Partner with account executives to build strategic account-based experience campaigns
    • Work closely with product marketing and business development to identify thought leadership, product and other content opportunities
    • Lead content syndication programs across 3rd party publishers and marketplaces while optimizing our content offering across Fluxx.io
    • Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
  • Manage spend on all paid channels (display, CPC, SEM, social, retargeting, software marketplaces) with a goal to drive qualified leads and optimize CPL
  • Manage SEO efforts and establish Fluxx as a top result in brand and non brand-related search terms
  • Rigorously manage data and support operations:
    • Monitor and report campaign and channel performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and opportunities 
    • Fine tune lead scoring, and improve weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting
    • Oversee vendor selection and contracts as needed
    • Brief SDR, sales, customer success and marketing teams on integrated campaign plans and demand generation activities

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years’ experience in growth or demand generation at a B2B, subscription-based software company
  • Extensive experience in the development of demand generation campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital
  • Experience creating and implementing proven successful lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs
  • You are a natural copywriter and know the basics of design
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on real-time performance optimization
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign / channel performance and associated spend, down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to management
  • You generate new ideas, gain the input and buy in from key stakeholders, adjust as necessary and hold yourself and others accountable
  • Experience effectively leveraging Hubspot marketing automation for the creation and sending of batch email and nurture paths, email delivery and inboxing, forms, landing pages, database segmentation and management
  • You must be able to work independently, be results-driven and collaborate with cross functional teams

Salary:

The expected annual base salary for this role is $120,000- $135,000. The base pay range is subject to change in the future. 

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on, but not limited to (a) location; (b) individual candidate skills and qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience. 

Fluxx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. We take a market-based approach to pay which may vary depending on your location. Locations are categorized into one of three zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic location and our compensation philosophy.
