Supply Chain Analyst at Chewy (Greater Boston Area, MA)

In this position, your responsibilities will include identifying and analyzing non-compliant vendor issues and working with vendors on reducing supply chain operations defects. You will have a chance to learn aspects of Supply Chain Operations including Inbound Operations, Fulfillment and Warehousing, and Scheduling. You will get to work side by side with smart, passionate, and highly motivated entrepreneurs. You will be involved in many aspects of building the business and will not be limited by the small-minded bureaucracy typically found in larger companies. You must have excellent attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands.

What You'll Do:
- Analyze and identify Vendor Compliance issues and trends
- Partner with Operations, Supply Planning, and Merchandising to reduce non-compliant vendor issues
- Vendor Management to reduce inbound defects
- Drive training of Fulfilment Center associates on Vendor Compliance activities and requirements
- Perform daily inventory adjustment audits
- Execute chargeback and other vendor claim processes partnering with AP and vendors
- Identify root cause of mis-shipments and organize returns
- Distribute reports to business partners within the organization to track key metrics
- Assist management with special projects and process improvements
- Present information verbally, as well as in written reports
- Will require travel
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain
- Proficient with SQL and Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Tableau experience is a plus
- E-commerce background and Supply Chain/Operations is a plus
