The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for providing data-driven analysis in order to gather insights and inform decision-making as we continue to scale operations and provide procurement operational level support. Collaborate internally with Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance teams to maximize data impact. You should be detail-oriented, possess strong logical reasoning skills, and demonstrate ease with communicating ideas efficiently and effectively. You value quality metrics and have experience with projects involving logistics tracking, data visualization projects, supply chain analysis.


What you’ll do:

-Support execution of a global organizational supply chain management strategy based upon continuous monitoring and forecasting of variable market conditions

-Use data to build strategic planning models to determine how to best allocate resources to markets across the world to support market growth and company objectives

-Uncover insights, assess performance, discover inefficiencies, and implement improvements regarding operations. Content areas may include costs, lead time, order size, material availability, customer acquisition, order issues, and machine utilization.

-Generate calculations to drive supply chain risk analysis and bottleneck analysis. Prepare and present supply chain improvement proposals.

-Build tools to optimize and automate internal and external workflows.

-Create systems for inventory data management.

-Create monthly, quarterly, and annual demand/production forecasting estimates.

-Understand long-term business objectives and anticipate business needs.

What we’re looking for:

-At least 5-7 years of previous experience in a similar role

-Experience in management consulting, business intelligence, strategy and operations, or related experience a plus

-Bachelor's degree preferred

-Demonstrated supply chain analysis with measurable improvements achieved from data insights.

-You can see how data plays into the big picture for the organization.

-Experience identifying and telling stories using data.

-You enjoy deep-diving into the details of open-ended questions and their associated data.

-You have excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

-You enjoy independently handling multiple projects at once, and are quick to pivot and adapt confidently in high-pressure situations.

-Data management, analytics, and reporting experience and skills; Preferred: Tableau, R, SQL, Excel (advanced)
