As a key leader in our Strategy & Biz Ops function, you will play a critical and highly visible role in solving some of Notarize's biggest strategy and growth needs. You will identify actionable insights, develop recommendations, assess their potential impact, and drive their execution in partnership with leaders across the business. The role requires someone who is highly driven, analytical, strategic, structured, comfortable with ambiguity, and loves the fast-moving nature of a growing company that has product-market fit and the right product for the moment.


What you’ll do as our Strategy & Biz Ops Lead:

  • Lead customer, financial, and operational analysis and research that helps us to make the right growth decisions
  • Directly shape Notarize’s overall business strategy and go-to-market approach to 10x our top-line revenue over the next several years
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize new products and capabilities, test them, build them, and launch them. Act as a Product leader as needed
  • Perform external research to identify best practices and relevant learnings for Notarize as we build new capabilities and grow
  • Map our strategy into goals, plans, and KPIs that will achieve it - increasing visibility and accountability around the metrics that matter to long-term success
  • Help lead our ongoing strategic planning process - driving an agile loop between market insight, customer insight, and operational execution
  • Act as a flexible resource who can quickly bring structure to high priority business opportunities that fall outside the day-to-day scope of existing teams

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of total professional experience including 2+ years of management consulting, investment banking, or another analytical and intensive professional experience
  • Stellar analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills
  • Fast speed-to-output and insight
  • Natural ability to quickly build strong relationships and trust
  • Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and recommendations
  • Ability to thrive in an fast-moving and fast-changing environment
  • Experience taking initiatives from rough idea all the way through to results
  • Pragmatic mindset to figure out how to accomplish things quickly and efficiently
  • Readiness to jump and figure things out
  • Team oriented mindset (“together we go far”) paired with the individual drive to accomplish great things
  • A passion for innovation in financial services, fintech, or other spaces that have historically been slow to change
