The Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics will play a key role in providing analysis in support of Influencer, Brand Partnerships, PR, and other marketing activities. In this role, the Sr. Analyst will be essential in identifying meaningful KPIs to help the Content & Community team assess the performance of marketing activities. A successful Sr. Analyst in this role will be able to partner to effectively add insights and context to reporting and dashboards and work cross-functionally to help link these tactics to sales lifts. This position is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced environment, where keen attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and an ability to work cross-functionally are crucial to success.

Responsibilities

• Optimize current dashboards to highlight performance KPIs for leadership
• Develop leading indicators of performance to support test & learn strategies and make the case for increased investment in marketing tactics
• Support twice-yearly Marketing Mix Model (MMM) analysis with 3rd party agency
• Lead weekly meetings with Content & Community teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop action items to improve results
• Engage with broader analytics, DTC, and digital teams to layer impact of paid media flighting, promotional cadence, inventory challenge, etc. into weekly dashboards
• Support development of an ‘Influencer Scorecard’ to inform optimal incentive programs and bonus structures for influencers to meet goal metrics
• Analyze cost / benefit of providing influencers with exclusive discount codes or affiliate commissions in order to drive sales
• Provide ad hoc analytical support to help the team prioritize opportunities based on outcome/resource assessment, review the results of test & learn activities, and/or support other ad hoc projects as necessary

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong detail orientation with proven ability to work quickly and deliver accurate and actionable information
• Willingness to consistently challenge the way reporting and analysis has been done in the past to uncover new and improved ways of operating
