Responsibilities

The Senior Strategy Advancement Professional will be responsible for supporting the full- cycle proposal process. In this role, he/she will coordinate and facilitate a variety of departmental and administrative duties that support the organization’s proposal development from cradle-to-grave, including proactively tracking the status of high-stakes deliverables across the organization, coordinating the timeline for various color team reviews, monitoring the communication mechanisms of our stakeholders, and support of multi-functional efforts with the production of the final response. This role will also be responsible for the organization of the department’s artifacts library and archiving sunset supporting materials.  Additionally, he/she will be required to make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding the technical approach to formal proposals submitted to state and federal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of technical experience / project management experience
• 2 or more years of Proposal exp
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
