How has your career grown since starting at the company?

Since joining Indigo in 2018, I’ve launched our agronomist drone program, program managed an international soil health innovation competition, evangelized for our geospatial data analytics team, and built a decision-making tool to help growers begin their regenerative journey. The only thing that limits your career at Indigo, is your own curiosity.

Alison

How does the company support your career growth?

Since joining Indigo in 2018, my manager has always provided me with great feedback and room to focus on growing my skills from a dedicated API Engineer to having a strong full stack foundation.
